Frequently Asked Questions

Who are these courses for?

Our courses are for people who want to feel more connected — to their bodies, their work, and their sense of purpose. Whether you are living with chronic tension, supporting others through bodywork, or simply looking for practical tools to grow and heal, you are in the right place. We create learning experiences that are clear, supportive, and rooted in real-life integration — always with emotional safety, curiosity, and empowerment at the heart.

What does "early adopter" mean?

If you’re joining a course during its early adopter phase, you’re getting special access to the course before its full public release. This means:

-You’ll receive a discounted rate as a thank-you for being part of the first wave.

-Some content will still be unfolding — and your feedback helps shape it!

-You’ll have lifetime access, including all future updates, revisions and bonuses.

Early adopters play a vital role in co-creating the learning experience. We deeply value your trust and insights during this phase.

Do I get lifetime access to the course?

Yes! When you purchase a course, you receive lifetime access to all course materials, including any future updates or added content. Learn at your own pace, revisit lessons anytime, and return as often as needed.

What is your refund policy?

We stand behind the quality of our content and the care we put into each course. That said, we understand that sometimes a course might not be the right fit. We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase — no questions asked. If you're not satisfied, simply reach out to us at support@inbodyeducation.

If you have enrolled as an early adopter during a pre-launch phase, thank you — your trust means the world to us. In some cases, if we do not receive enough enrollments to run the course as planned, we may decide to pause, revise, or reimagine the offering. Should that happen, you will receive a full refund automatically, no questions asked. We deeply value your support and will always honor it with transparency and integrity.

What kind of support is available during the course?

You will not be walking this path alone. Every course is designed to be a collaborative, safe space — where you will feel supported by both our team and a growing community of like-minded learners. Here is what that support looks like:

-A dedicated space for questions, reflections, and shared experiences.

-Guided practices and clear, step-by-step instruction to help you integrate what you are learning.

-Opportunities for live Q&As or check-ins (depending on the course).

-Encouragement from a community of peers who understand the value of growth, healing, and skill-building.

We are here to listen, to guide, and to cheer you on as you integrate this work into your life.

Are these courses eligible for continuing education (CE)?

At this time, we do not offer any courses that are CE-approved. However, we are actively exploring CE accreditation for massage therapists and other healthcare professionals as part of our future plans. If and when a course becomes CE-eligible, it will be clearly noted in the course description. In the meantime, we’re happy to provide a certificate of completion upon request for your personal or professional records. We are committed to expanding access to high-quality, integrative education — and continuing education is an important part of that vision.

Can I take courses if I am not a massage therapist, clinician or healthcare professional?

Absolutely! Many of our offerings are designed for the general public. No professional background is required unless otherwise stated.

Will this course fix my pain?

We do not believe in quick fixes — but we do believe in your body’s wisdom and your capacity for change. These courses are designed to be practical, empowering, and supportive tools on your path to healing. While we cannot guarantee outcomes, we offer guidance, education, and strategies you can integrate into your life with care, compassion, and agency.

Are these courses a substitute for medical advice or treatment?

No. The information in courses is intended for educational purposes only. Whether you are a licensed professional expanding your skills or an individual seeking personal relief and self-care tools, these courses are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

We encourage all participants to use their own discretion and, when appropriate, consult with a licensed healthcare provider regarding any specific health concerns. Our goal is to support learning, not to replace the judgment or guidance of qualified medical professionals.
