Thank you for enrolling in an Inbody Education course or program. Each offering is designed to provide structured educational guidance, practical tools, and implementation support. Because these are digital programs that provide immediate access to proprietary materials, the following refund terms apply.

Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

30-Day No-Questions-Asked Guarantee

Purchases are covered by a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee, unless otherwise specified.

Under this policy:

-Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of purchase.

-No explanation or proof of course completion is required.

-Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

After the 30-day period, all sales are final.

Access to the course materials, downloads, bonuses, and community spaces will be revoked upon refund approval.

Online Course Cancellation, Postponement, or Discontinuation

Inbody Education reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or discontinue an online course, cohort, or live virtual program due to low enrollment, scheduling conflicts, technical issues, or other business considerations.

Live Online Cohorts or Scheduled Virtual Programs

If a live online cohort or scheduled virtual program is canceled prior to its start date due to low enrollment or other business reasons:

-Enrolled participants will receive an automatic full refund of all amounts paid.

-No action or request will be required from the participant.

-Refunds will not be subject to engagement requirements or refund window limitations.

-Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days following cancellation notice.

If a live cohort is postponed rather than canceled, participants may choose either:

-To transfer enrollment to the rescheduled dates, or

-To receive a full refund.

Self-Paced Online Courses

If a self-paced online course is discontinued or removed from sale after purchase:

-Participants who have already been granted access will retain access for the duration specified at the time of discontinuation or removal, unless otherwise stated.

-If access must be revoked due to platform closure or discontinuation of the program, a prorated or full refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Inbody Education.

Limitation of Liability

Inbody Education is not responsible for any third-party costs incurred in anticipation of participation in an online program, including but not limited to software purchases, equipment, travel arrangements, or scheduling adjustments.

Participants will be notified promptly if a course will not proceed as originally scheduled.

Intellectual Property & Use Restrictions

All course materials provided by Inbody Education, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, PDFs, downloads, graphics, audio recordings, written content, exercises, and frameworks, are the intellectual property of Inbody Education and are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.

By purchasing a course, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

You may not:

-Share, reproduce, duplicate, distribute, or republish course materials

-Upload course materials to file-sharing platforms

-Record, copy, or redistribute video or audio content

-Teach, resell, sublicense, or commercially use the materials without written permission

-Provide login access to another individual

If a refund is issued, your limited license to use the materials is immediately revoked. Continued access, use, reproduction, or distribution after a refund constitutes unauthorized use and may result in legal action.

Inbody Education reserves the right to pursue remedies for intellectual property violations to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Processing timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.

Payment Plans

If a course is purchased using a payment plan:

-All payments must be current at the time of the refund request.

-Approved refunds will apply only to payments made within the eligible refund window.

-Future scheduled payments will be canceled once a refund is approved.

Failure to complete payments does not automatically cancel enrollment.
